Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the perfect replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
